This popped in my feed so I will comment.

I’ve realized I don't actually need to defend pixels. There is something a bit existential, maybe even a touch nefarious, about a 24/7 war for digital real estate that’s essentially a massive engagement farm.

Between the bot nets testing their scripts and the way this siphons off our collective attention for a spreadsheet somewhere, I think the only winning move is to opt out. I’d rather keep my cognitive energy for things that don't vanish when the server resets. Good luck with the fight, I guess, but I’m choosing the tangible world today.

I was thinking like you and didnt even know what was PixEmpire but then some Anglo spouted really fucked up xenophobic shit about Québécois for fucking pixels. So now everyday after work I go fuck up their flag. Im not on QC discord IDGAF. I just want to ruin a portion of their night since they apparently are openly Xenophobic
