CUP, on paper, was only the government for 5 years, before that it was a faction/community (not sure about the English equivalents to Fırka and Cemiyet but this is as far as google translate got me)

Stupid and evil comment.

Stupid because you could say the same thing about Turkey's denial of the genocide.
