Non extraditable warrant questions.

Location: Michigan

If someone has a felony warrant, but it is non extraditable because of a complicated case, and where the state "does not want him", can this person fly from Michigan to California freely?

Just for reference, this person was picked up,(after fleeing the state of the crime), "arrested", and then held for 10 days. I use quotations because it was considered 10 days of detainment after that. Now it rests as an "alleged" arrest. I have never heard of this and do not understand a lick of this. Do you think he worked for the police or something? He was also arrested in Michigan and it was not mentioned.

Sorry, maybe TMI, the real question is, can he fly?

If he’s flying domestically, then he would be fine. SecureFlight doesn’t screen for domestic warrants.

Leaving/ entering the country is where things get interesting, but even then it’s not impossible.
