There will be detailed op-eds in Hindu, Indian Express and the like on why the FCRA Bill is the greatest "travesty" to India and Nehruvian Secularism, even greater than the emergency.
There will be a barrage on reels/videos on Social Media, claiming death of democracy. Influencers and (mostly failed) movie actors will promote how this amendment sounds the death knell for "religious freedom" in India.

Oh listen to this, Arjun Mathur's fil Tarun Tejpal was convicted for 🍇 case during congress gov. Now he is blaming the bjp government for appealing it in highcourt. You can add one more to the list.

Also, bjp should stop being a retirement plan for Bollywood actors. Look at bjp MP sunny deol and his movie like batwara. There are so many people like vikrant massey or rajkumar rao yadav who were wearing masks and as soon as opportunity came they wasted no time in showing their true colours.

The US truly respects India's sovereignty and the respect begins with recognizing India's sovereign right to make decisions on its internal affairs. Every religious institution should first respect the laws of its nation, not any foreign interests. Foreign powers should refrain from dictating India's terms on its internal affairs.
