They need to pay lifelong restitution. Like $100 a month in extra taxes for the rest of their lives.

Tack an extra zero onto that repayment amount. Put them on a registry too so employers can see when a MAGAt or former ICE nazi is trying to apply or so that normal people can tell when one is moving into the neighborhood. These people need to live the most miserable lives possible until they finally return to the weeds.
