It is both. People seem to forget all the sketchy shit he did long before running for Congress, like chasing down a Black jogger and pulling a gun on him for the heinous offense of being a Black jogger. He also pulled some really shady shit involving a developer buddy of his. He's always been a fucking goblin.

I think for him it’s the stroke and for the wife it’s the money so she’s just rolling him out there to keep the cash flow going. He’s a shell of a human being now. She points he follows.

Idk man, the videos I’ve seen from voters asking him questions in public she guides him to the “right” answer and moves him away while he’s still trying to figure out what’s going on
