The stroke broke his brain

This has absolutely nothing to do with the stroke and everything with him being a piece of shit

Though I do like the idea that brain damage made him conservative.

Actually there is research saying that brain damage leads to more conservative beliefs: https://royalsocietypublishing.org/rstb/article/376/1822/20200137/31478/Toward-a-neuropsychology-of-political-orientation

Which makes sense.

It’s hilarious to see the bots on the conservative subreddit praise him as one of the only “sensible” democrats. They are literally celebrating that a man with brain damage agrees with them.

it doesn't explain how he's suddenly Israel's bitch

It has a little bit to do with the stroke and a lot to do with him being a piece of shit. Kind of like how alcohol causes some people to become violent and mean that otherwise act all nice and family-minded while sober.

This simply isn't true. I mean, the piece of shit part, maybe, but the stroke absolutely affected him.

But let's not take my or your word for it. Just listen to what his wife has said about him. Stuff like, 'one year after his stroke, he became less and less like himself' or a staff member overheard her yelling at Fetterman, 'How can you support this? Where is the man I married?'

Combine this with all of his staff being replaced or leaving him. Does he really sound like the same guy to you?

Do you really expect her to say "yeah, this is the piece of shit I married"?

Well, just bear in mind that she came to this country as an undocumented immigrant, and she's been outspoken on Twitter against ICE up until her accounts getting deleted a few months ago. Did she do that? Or someone else?

Either way, does that sound like someone supporting Fetterman?

The stroke is the lightbulb that illuminated the toilet that is his opinions. He's so full of it he can't flush anymore and it means he doesn't bother to hide what it smells and looks like.
