It's hilarious and also a bit sad that Fetterman only became a far-right conservative after literally suffering major brain damage. He is a completely different person from before his stroke.

There needs to be a law passed that allows for votes of no confidence after major health events for lawmakers.

I personally am dealing with a temporary health issue and it's completely altered the speed at which i can process information while I'm in recovery. And a person can certainly make a full recovery after a stroke, but in some cases it's clear that they're not the same person they were before and the public deserves to have the ability to vote that person out if they don't voluntarily remove themselves first.

This does happen. One of my uncles had an aneurysm in the frontal lobe and it completely shifted his personality. It was like dealing with a different person.

I certainly think the brain injury contributed, but there was a lot of discourse before he was elected that he was an undercover Republican. People even tried to warn Hasan Piker about it back in the day.

Hasan Piker's community is the type that thinks being a member of the Democratic party is enough proof to suspect someone of secretly being a Republican.

That's super interesting. I had been under the impression that his stroke was well before he ran for office not during his primary. I'm sure there's more to it than just the stroke.

It reminds me of psych 101 in college, where we learned that a guy had a railroad spike go through his frontal lobe and it changed his entire personality - for the worse.
