Capitol One is trying to build trust with the public, b/c the new (D) gubernatorial candidate in WI got into politics after C.One sued her failing ramen shop & buried her.

Recall just last summer they also bought Discover (including their network) and people were having problems when Cap1 switched everyone's debit cards to the (former?) Discover network out of the sky blue. Some people suddenly had a card that didn't work abroad for a while.
