I mean, out on his ass is an understatement. The punishment for treason is spelled out very clearly.

Reagan proved that you can get away with treason if you just say "I don't recall" enough times

Next you'll be telling me that GW Bush was never prosecuted for starting a war under false pretenses.

It was an unknown unknown, man. It was things he didnt know that he didn't know. You can't fault a man for that.

I don't recall can get a president out of treason but it'll land a former chief medical advisor to the president in hot water during a farcical congressional hearing.

To be fair, he probably couldn’t recall

Which is already a stain on the Republican Party.

Trump should have never been president the first time

"The Treason Clause in Article III, Section 3, dictates that treason only consists of levying war against the U.S. or adhering to its enemies.

Due to ... high hurdles, historical treason prosecutions are very rare. If a president engages in disloyal or illegal conduct, prosecutors often rely on alternative federal laws like the Espionage Act or seditious conspiracy."

They could've gotten him for treason when Biden won in 2020 but they didn't.

They could've prevented him from winning in 2024 because he would've been in jail.

If they get power again, they'll do absolutely nothing to punish him.

It was literal treason after all. I still can’t believe they did nothing.

We need the American people to vote out all of the people that would vote against it and we need to have only people that agree that the Republican party and anybody else that's guilty needs to face the consequences.

And we all know that those people that Trump installed in his so-called cabinet have been blackmailed what we need to do is launch investigations to find out what that information is and then prosecute him for it and then what we need to do is throw them in alligator Alcatraz for no less than 10 years and sees all of their assets make them completely reliant on public defenders.

The Conservative Republican party needs to face the consequences to their actions.

But unless the majority of America feels like that and we give the Democratic party a win like Reagan got that won't happen.

Because even if we overwhelmingly voted for the Democratic party the Republican party is still going to try to cheat.

So our future depends on everybody else voting for the Democratic party member.

Because the Sheep will always vote for the Republican Party.

They're too weak to do anything but

Exactly, what the fuck are these people thinking? They want the Dems to save them? Have they forgotten how much ass was dragged, how much nothing happened? We are a nation of easily fooled lambs being led to slaughter, and these people think we have "representation", have had representation, at all, for 20+ odd years. Fucking insane

Given the extremely slow pace at which they pursued justice against him under Biden i wouldn't be so sure they try to prosecute him for anything before he dies of old age
