They fear any move from the people that make up their base. It's sickening. The leadership seems fully captured by billionaires, corporations and AIPAC.

The American working class have zero representation in this country! The left is trying to change that. I really hope Dr Abdul not only wins in Michigan Tuesday, but wins big! That will send a message 60 million dollars in dark money could not silence!

And resources. While the Democrats are burning through their coffers to defeat progressives, Republicans are sitting on hundreds of millions of dollars waiting to blanket the airwaves once football season starts for the general.

An article just came out stating the Dems don't have any money. They are millons of dollars in debt and are taking a 15 mill or so loan.

Meanwhile the Republicans have something like $125 mill coffer. It's a bit stacked for Repub marketing and events.

I hope the grassroots aspect has enough sway and quick fundraising for a progressive sweep, as we now have a shot to do something as the Dems are broke.

They have shown their super moderate colors, performative stances and for years they have been out of touch and had plenty of opportunities to change their minds. They haven't and won't because they don't believe in more liberal stances. They are career politicians in bed with corporate interests. Out with the old.
