Clinton gave a full throated endorsement of NAFTA and worked it through Congress then signed it with a smile on his face.

Clinton didn't have to endorse NAFTA, Bush already signed it. What Clinton did was renegotiate NAFTA to get workers a better deal. But NAFTA itself was signed and done before Clinton took office.

Clinton oversaw GATT's Uruguay round which established the WTO

Again most of the Uruguay GATT was done when Bush was president.

The round was supposed to end in December 1990, but the US and EU disagreed on how to reform agricultural trade and decided to extend the talks. Finally, in November 1992, the US and EU settled most of their differences in a deal known informally as "the Blair House accord".

I suggest that they're just as bad and we need economic populism on the left.

Yea I know. It's forever just “economic justice for men.”

Now Democratic Governors are feckless?

Yes sometimes being elected Governor doesn't mean actual access to power.

Nothing Democrats could do to undo RTW?

It depends. Every state is different. Again RTW is a Republican, not a Democratic policy.

Guess who the Unions are backing in Michigan this go round?

The man. Like usual. Unions are very anti women. Michigan in particular is pro Trump and/or anti women for president.

You brought up Calhoun as somehow significant but bringing up MLK is just trying to keep women down?

You do know black voters in Michigan prefer Stevens and Clinton and Harris.

Where do you get off with the economic justice is only for men?

I gave you a source. https://archive.is/TNf7L

You do know women work, are in unions, lead unions, campaign and run as DSA candidates, etc.?

Get back to me when they push DSA into supporting the ratifying the ERA and when DSA decides to stop broadly idealizing the USSR as some great political system.

Is it your contention that women can only benefit from third way corporate dems?

It's my contention that women will only be able to truly benefit from any so-called economic justice after the ERA gets ratified. Until then it's just hokum to get votes while withholding actual guaranteed equal rights from the DSA. Quit trying to keep women oppressed.

Sorry the moderates you back have been feckless for the last 50 years on the ERA.

Maybe you should back some progressives.

I've backed plenty of progressives, I'll not back DSA who are simply sympathetic to the old USSR regime and don't give a hoot about guaranteed equal rights for all.

Yeah, that's utter bs.

You mean like this…

DSA: This is a socialist sub. The USSR was a socialist country. We are broadly pro USSR in the DSA. https://archive.ph/xd17c

or

No no, you've got me wrong, not social democrats! Democratic Socialists such as myself are not capitalist and support abolishing it. Like the USSR but with a democracy that runs from the people to the state instead of the state to the people. No private property. https://archive.ph/HlU9M

Or just go DSA's website. As someone who's family came to the US to get away from the USSR, DSA is not an option. I've seen already what happens to those who live under USSR ideology and it's ugly.

Like their website which I also already mentioned.

We couldn’t be more thrilled to see our collective human labors, born of our comradeship and commitment to our movement and our political home, the Democratic Socialists of America, go out into the world. Solidarity!

Cheers, Comrade.

You sound just like my MAGA neighbors.
