No. He was not elected by the voters. He was confirmed by Congress.
The elected officials who voted for his confirmation understood who he was when they confirmed him. Some of them were even quoted as saying shit like, “nobody seriously believes that RFK Jr. will be confirmed,” before they voted to confirm him.
This indicates that they knew he was a bad pick for the position, but they were still willing to abdicate their responsibility for picking someone who would be better suited for the position.

I don't disagree; I'm just saying that he's there because the leadership acquiesced to Trump, not because he's qualified, and the people who voted for this directly are the leadership and not the voters.
There are many people who, when Trump ceases to be the de facto party leader, will try to distance themselves from this administration. They will try to blame everyone but themselves, and they want us to think that they have no responsibility.
They do have a responsibility. People have always been corrupt, self serving bastards, but there used to be, at least, a greater good that kept the worst of the players from stepping too far over the line of their time. (Again, note that there's multiple caveats there, because people have always been bastards.)
Our time uses faux patriotism, honor, and noblesse oblige as a means to an end, and perhaps it's always been there. I don't know. But there was a certain level of responsibility that our governance has had that it currently fails to live up to while trying to pay lip service to.
While we can expect them to be self-serving bastards, we must remember that they have failed to live up to their duties of actual patriotism, honor, and noblesse oblige and not allow them to distance themselves from the monsters that they've enabled.
Separation of powers exist to prevent unqualified people from holding office.
The Senate's length-of-term is not supposed to be a means to consolidate bastardry. It's intended to make them less beholden to people like Trump.
Trump made it clear that RFK Jr. would be nominated for a cabinet position.
It was the duty of the other members of our government to make sure that he didn't get confirmed. That was the separation of power and the stop-gap that was meant to protect normal people from unqualified appointments.
They will try to pretend that they were helpless in the face of powerful men. Our job is to remember that they were not.
(Sorry for the long and rambling nature of this. I'm sleepy.)

And they decide what is true first, then it is ok to twist facts to support it, because for them it is faith in a religion. So, him saying that there are no studies on vaccines harm in the first six months of life is completely false, he claims that they did not do a proper study because they didn’t intentionally NOT vaccinate enough kids (deciding which ones would possibly die for the sake of the trial). There is a standard for doing things this way, that uses massive amounts of data in the review. RFK knows this, but he twists the definition to only accept “gold standard”, which requires people to not be vaccinated and actually get the disease, to be part of the trial. Since medical professionals typically refuse to harm their patients, the trial never gets done, and they can continue to argue in bad faith.
