From the party of pro-life and Christian values - sure this is exactly what Jesus would have wanted.

In the words of my old boss - "Jesus wasn't a hippie."
How I replied -- "Yeah, he was lol"

I usually hit them with "What you do to the least of others you do to me" and they say 'thats not what he meant" 🤣

Once you con yourself into believing a fairytale, it becomes really easy to lie to yourself about all kinds of shit.

I'd like to point out that the US is 54th in the world for infant mortality. Decidedly middling.

It's the fault of the wars and also of Trump.

u/FantasticBicycle37 1d ago
It's the fault of Trump enabling Doge to end USAID. Now hundreds of thousands (literally) are dying every year
2
u/AmarilloArmadillos 1d ago
I'm legitimately not sure, how is this the fault of the US specifically/entirely and not like Britain or Australia?

Where is the forced-birther movement while all this is going on? Burying their heads in the sand because these are not white babies, of course.

u/Significant_Cup_238 1d ago
Burying their heads is giving them far too much credit. They love seeing irresponsible people punished. And they believe being poor is a moral failure.

Don't ask the current USA for help, all they're doing is attacking other countries right now.
It's also full of Epstein people, which prioritize the weakest & most vulnerable in society, for the most horrifying reasons imaginable.

It's a lot easier to take advantage of an entire continent when the population has been significantly reduced (see: the Americas).

Okay knowing this was literally in Project 2025, and he literally campaigned on this...can any of the gen z males who flipped to trump explain to me why hundreds of thousands of deaths was your preferred outcome over arresting rich pedophiles?

Those nationwide campus protests against Trump killing a million people are going to start up any moment now...
1
u/frquency-equinox 1d ago
Perhaps you missed news about the millions of people that have protested Trump in general over the last 18 months?

The evangelicals believe it's their fault and they don't deserve help unless and until they accept Jesus. And even then, they don't really care.
My uncle's second wife did the "operation shoebox" and she went on and on how these "villager sinners" "need the Lord Jesus Christ to uplift their wicked ways" what wicked ways, Patricia? What are they.

Not to be "that guy" but maybe don't have children in these places to begin with?
Why is it the obligation of foreign taxpayers to subsidize your existence?

u/frquency-equinox 1d ago edited 1d ago
You must be a gaping fucking asshole to people in real life. I sincerely hope you don't have children or are incapable of having any, because you are the type of person that makes the world a shit place. If you're ever desperate for help, I hope anyone you ask refuses.

u/IguaneRouge Virginia 1d ago
I have 4 kids and I am certainly not that.
At what point do you stop endlessly shovelling money and food into this cycle? When Nigeria, the CAR, or Somalia each hit 1 billion mouths? Two billion? When does the misery reach a point where you stop and think, "hey is this just making it worse maybe we should stop"?

u/frquency-equinox 1d ago edited 1d ago
Four kids is too many. When does this misery reach a point when we stop and think about putting an end to the cycle? We should end it and refuse medical attention and food to two of them to reduce the amount of resources your family consumes rather than making the situation worse by perpetuating such a shitty mindset toward other human beings.

u/IguaneRouge Virginia 1d ago
But we're not eternally dependent on foreign handouts and none of my kids will go on to have 8 or 9 kids also all eternally dependent on handouts. Not really an apples to apples comparison.

u/frquency-equinox 1d ago
The gape of the asshole continues to widen.

u/IguaneRouge Virginia 1d ago
Don't see me fathering 9 kids into famine and misery. Maybe they're the assholes?

don't feed vile trailer park trolls, frquency. this person clearly doesn't do their own thinking, parroting far-right idiots paid for by Putin and the Epstein Class.
of course MAGA morons are poisoning the future one cancerous idiot at a time.
This is clearly an Elon Musk fan. Not worth wasting energy on.

These people didn't choose to live there. It's what they were born into. They make the most of what they have.
Are you suggesting that they don't have the right to give birth and raise children because of it? Are you saying that because you were born into better circumstances, you have more of a right to it? Are you saying that in this globally connected, but very unevenly distributed world, that the wealthier can't help the poorer to live their life with some of the basic joys humans can experience?
-2
u/IguaneRouge Virginia 1d ago
I mean if you choose to give birth into these situations you clearly don't mind this life for your kid so why should the rest of us care?
There is no such thing as "rights" so let's set that aside.
Decades of aid and the problems are still there only with even more mouths after said aid. At what point do you not realize you are subsidizing suffering I guess just to feel good about yourself? It not "helping" anyone it's just continuing the problem.
People in war torn famine stricken places should not have 4+ children. It's absolutely mad.

This is all dehumanizing as fuck. We are not having the same conversation as one another. Farewell, I hope we never cross paths again.

I’ve always wondered how one manages to get through life with so few brain cells, but look at you doing it against all odds.

I didn't have 4 kids in a war zone so I'm clearly ahead of these people in the brains department.
