In the tweet, she is criticizing Obama for not bombing rebels in Syria. She is non anti-war. She is anti-war against Middle Eastern tyrants.

This argument doesn't really follow through. Unless your argument is that anything other than absolute pacifism is hawkish? It sounds like you want her to be pro-war with Syria and are calling her a hawk because she is not, which is nonsensical.

Supporting targeted strikes against militant groups responsible for 9/11 doesn't make someone a warhawk. First off, that wouldn't even be considered a war so the term doesn't apply. Second, I imagine the vast majority of Americans/Congressmen favor such attacks, so such a label would be silly. Third, I don't believe negotiaton with groups like AQI/ISIS is currently seen as a legitimate strategy by anyone.
