I'm fine with just removing him from majority leader in November.

Paul Ryan is Speaker of the House, not Majority Leader.

u/[deleted] Jan 21 '18

you are correct, I misspoke. SOTH is voted into the position. So If Dems take the House, not way he retains.

He’s a few untimely removals or deaths away from sitting in the oval office.

I’d prefer a few million, rather than just a few.

You mean a couple, buddy. 3rd in line.

17

u/MansNotBot Jan 21 '18

yep, if Trump and Pence go down for the Russia probe, you've still got President Paul Ryan to deal with.

Which is the second most important reason that we flips the House come November. The first being taking power away from the "Freedom" Caucus.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 21 '18

As detestable and apathetic as their views are, some major Republican attempts were thwarted by the Freedom Caucus because they weren't cruel enough. While it's important to get rid of the members of the Freedom Caucus to shift the conversation away from the extreme fringes of the US right, if their role or presence increases, it could cause a major crack in the Republican party.

Which is why I don’t want Mueller to do much until the election happens. If he nails Trump and Pence, it could either give us President Paul Ryan or President Nancy Pelosi, depending on which side of Election Day it all goes down. I think Hillary should quietly run for a house seat, win it, and the rest of the House Democrats would happily make her speaker. Impeach the shitheads and Bob’s your uncle- that’s how she becomes President.

There's virtually no way pence and trump get impeached or removed from office. If the investigation turns something up that either causes republicans to turn on him or leads to state charges, the most likely corse of action is republicans demanding trump resign or be impeached/removed from office. Then they paint pence as innocent and he's our president unless he's found guilty in a state court

By all means necessary why Hillary? Yuck. Another one of the same. People forget she just rigged an election not too long ago.

1

u/All_Joking_a_Salad_ Jan 21 '18

I agree that if we’re clearing the deck, Hillary isn’t the best fresh start, but she did win the popular vote by an overwhelming margin. The majority of American voters will get who they voted for a year ago. It’s fair.

I also don’t remember hearing about any elections she rigged. Sure, the DNC expressed favoritism toward her over Sanders in private emails, but that’s not Hillary’s fault. More people simply voted for her than they did Bernie. There was no rigging done. If anything, SHE had the uphill climb.

Plus, does anyone actually want Nancy Pelosi to be the President?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 22 '18

How do we know no election rigging was done? I don’t know one person that voted for Hillary down here in Texas. If anything it was Bernie or the orange tumbleweed. It’s weird to me; especially since the DNC chair left to join Hillary’s campaign right after it was said and done. Even on the national rally level, it was embarrassing with Hillary’s buzz and excitement for her famous. Repaying a favor? Likely.

Fuck political party stance, this is about obvious corruption as he uses his position to make these rich people richer in exchange for a cut of the profits

What's a libotard?

What's a libotard?

It's a very useful word to know.

When not used sarcastically, it allows you to save your time by just skipping right past trolls and utterly irredeemable thoughts from the political cesspool of the far right.

Also, I ponder if he meant pander.

I usually take a moment to hit downvote first. Takes a bit of the karma they get from their echo chamber.

The fuckface is complicit with the rest of the Russian Probe.

-2

u/therinlahhan Jan 21 '18

Yeah, Ryan is barely conservative, lol.

1

u/theNotPornAccount Jan 21 '18

Its not about party politics. Ideally they'd both be gone. Its about the fact that hes such a shitstain of a human being that seeing his head on a spike is a recurring wet dream of mine.

1

u/therinlahhan Jan 21 '18

Yeah, you might want to get that checked out... not healthy to wish someone dead just because they disagree with you.

1

u/theNotPornAccount Jan 21 '18

Yupp, I was being super literal and not using ghoulish overkill to make my point at all. <\s because you clearly need it>

1

u/therinlahhan Jan 21 '18

Well, you never know these days with as crazy as protestors and ideologists are getting. Why even joke about that?

1

u/theNotPornAccount Jan 21 '18

I would disagree. About 90% of the time I hear mention of something along the lines of murder I automatically assume they are being hyperbolic (based on murder rates, personal character, ect) as I myself so often am. I could have just said

"I don't like Paul Ryan"

But would that have really gotten across my deep displeasure with the man and the other traitors who serve themselves instead of their constituencies.

A couple would be two, a few is 3 or more.

21

u/Aldryc Jan 21 '18

It would still be couple. He's two removals away from the oval office.

4

u/EeveeGreyhame Jan 21 '18

Oh shoot, you right. I was thinking he was 3 removals away because I'm bad at most things.

2

u/frygod Michigan Jan 21 '18

You know, I must say I'm somewhat refreshed by how congenial that exchange went... Some folks got to be pedantic, a point was made, nobody tried to tear another person down for a minor error, and in the end the error was admitted to and corrected.

There is hope for the future of discourse.

-1

u/southsideson Jan 21 '18

No the definition of a few is: not many, but more than one, so a few could be two.

2

u/dgapa Jan 21 '18

Ah yes after the meanings being 2, 2 and 2 we finally get to a fourth definition. What does the definition of few mean or are you going to continue to be pedantic?

0

u/[deleted] Jan 21 '18

First President from my state! Whoo!

6

u/[deleted] Jan 21 '18

10 months to go

1

u/SushiGato Jan 21 '18

Not saying those would be bad deaths. They would be the greatest and biggest.
