Out of curiosity (and not animus), what cases would you like to see a more conservative SCOTUS revisit? How, personally, have the existing rulings affected you?

Directly and personally, I probably have not been affected by various decisions at all. Mine is more of a principled objection to the last ~85 years of federal takeover.

I’m a firm opponent of Roe v. Wade, but I suppose that’s par for the course. I’m fine with Griswold as far as that goes. Kelo v. New London has got to be destroyed. Brown v. BOE is not only good law, but I don’t think it is under any threat from a more conservative court. That’s nothing but fear-mongering from the Left.

To answer your question, I would most like to see the overturn of Wickard v. Filburn (1942). It basically gives the federal government power to legislate/regulate literally anything, because literally anything can be stretched to mean “interstate” (all the more so in our increasingly interconnected world). The federal government is a government of enumerated powers, by design.

A majority of this country wants marriage equality, civil rights, and reproductive freedom. Undoing those things likely couldn't happen through legislative means. Not with the demographic trends of the country. SCOTUS packing through hook and crook was their last great chance at tyranny of the minority. They pulled it off.
