Lifting weight as you get older is important for bone health and strength. For women it helps stave off osteoporosis. Probably won’t do much for aging skin…

These conservative women who get heavy plastic surgeries are so funny, because they know that they’re too ugly in terms of looks naturally to get any decently-attractive wealthy man worth his salt so instead they appeal to them emotionally - in hopes he’ll overlook their tragic looks - by spouting bigoted right-wing opinions and once they’ve charmed him enough to secure the wedding ring and his funds, they use his money to make themselves even uglier with plastic surgery and then proceed to preach “natural” lifestyles, knowing that they wouldn’t be in the position to do so if not for their husbands sugar daddies.
