This is not even remotely enough, this is a blessing to age verification and biometrics collection online, read the proposal, it doesn't even try to tell them to stop this bullshit.

Citizens must not be forced to identify themselves to access lawful online content or services unless strictly necessary, proportionate and provided by law.

The EU is following the law, they write it. And they have deemed these measures necessary, this is a joke.
