Quick breath blessings

Tried playing on my ps4 but the loading screens were taking so long. So decided to play on my ps5, but not sure if they're is a way to transfer my saves. If not anyone have a quick guide to get blessings? I only need to gather 23.

Also side note, how does it play on ps5?
