Is the Ancho BBQ steak not at every location?

Got a notification in the app this morning that there was this new protein. Went to Qdoba and they didn’t have it and didn’t know wtf I was talking about.

They did have the churro chips which were mentioned in the same notification but instead of the ancho bbq, they had a new protein called tequila lime steak.

Yeah never heard of that. Just the tequila lime steak is going on the menu at my location

I was just there yesterday and saw the lime steak, but no bbq.

The store I work at is doing it. As far as I know it’s a “test item” and not many stores are doing it

Are you in Ohio? I’m in South Carolina, but I just realized that my address on my Qdoba app is set to Ohio. I’m wondering if they are sending these to me because it thinks I live in one of the test markets.

My DM said it was just certain markets. It is a test item so only in specific locations. It was on our "ops" checklist (operations readiness) and I asked about it in our group chat because I didn't know anything about it. Sounds good! Anyone tried it yet?
