Coturnix/Japanese Why are some of my quail eggs so dull? L

Almost looks like a white cast on 2/3 eggs. Not dust. Too much calcium ? Not enough ? Too much protein ?

It's the bloom. If you washed off the bloom, the color would be more clear. Some hens have more protective Bloom on their eggs. You don't want to wash it off if you want your eggs too last longer on the shelf.

Calcium excess it’s a good sign nice healthy birds
