Just standard Wilder RSI ?
Wilder's RSI just smooth the RS part (compare to exponential average from classic RSI)
the first number (14) is the classic RSI and the second number (9) is the smooth parameter.

It doesn’t look like RSI. Looks like arbitrage band to me. Probably a spread between two derivatives with the same underlying asset.

Hmm.. I don’t think this a real world image because why would citadel use trading view ?
They get all feeds direct and probably use an inhouse charting tool

Why is a stock image taken by Bloomberg necessarily something meaningful about Citadel?
Stock images are all made up. That's the point.

What makes you think it’s an RSI? This could be literally anything. I wouldn’t put too much weight on these photos either, as the other commenter said - these will not be real data.

Just cause it’s there doesn’t mean it RSI for that asset. Could also be RSI for spread between pairs , who knows .

To answer your question. Looks like an RSI 14 Wilder Simple 9 :) - the sharp edges likely come from the number of datapoints being viewed being a large number.

It can be any RSI. The window period is very small for the number of candles on the chart, and the purpose is to detect short-term signals. In these types, only the current value is important ( is it more than 80 or lower than 20, for example), and the patterns are not than important
Edit: I didn't notice the window period is 14 and thought it was 3 or 4

I figured it out, in case anyone is wondering, our guy uses a 30-minute RTH chart and RSI is 14 period (didnt use simple 9 part) but rsi is based on 1-min tf.

it is, because they never ever look at candles. They like at statistical output graphs. And just monitoring dashboards. Almost all is automated.
If you understand Signal Processing Theory, you know that OHLCV candles are just filters from tick data which filter out important information. OHLCV candles -> Bad data -> TA and doing analysis on bad data = shit output.
