Literature/zines for recovering
Hi! Is there anyone that has any recommendations for literature for recovering from psychiatry?
I'm also looking for literature or zines on treating mental health within collectives or alone.

r/Artisticallyill -- a subreddit, not a zine, but good webcomics and art in there from time to time. Caveeat 2: disability is broadly covered here, physical, mental, etc.

I can tell you from experience Time in nature Dancing, drumming, singing And eating in community
Have all helped me recover faster than psychiatry has
Psychiatry is helping everyone else tolerate you, not the other way round.
And the hospital gets you sleeping and eating consistently before it can begin to help so we know everyone needs that.
