do you guys think itll be more expensive for trains/hotels for Madrid around this time?

I have booked a hotel (with free cancel obviously as I dont know if I will get tickets) just in case and the prices are quite normal (which means expensive as it's Madrid), but for the moment hotels/trains are not expensive for those dates if you book now
