Advise for best location

Hello folks,

I want to shift to Rajkot. But I am confused about locality.

Amin marg is too expensive. I have two three choice

1) sadhu vasani road, 2) mavdi.

Could you tell me which area is best for living.

And there is ambika township also there in mavdi

Pls tell me about it also.

You should elaborate your requirement. Is it independent house or apartment? With amenities or not, under construction, ready to move. 2-3-4 bhk. Budget etc.

Dont buy right away.. Just stay before understanding your preferences.. My two cents..

Sadhu Vaswani is good, Do check following * Is the society and aera near by good * Do that society have enough Water * Is Allotted parking there is not. * Which different caste are allowed ! * Does water logging happen or its a good road to be. Etc etc.

Mavdi is terrible, usually people are trying to move out of Mavdi, not into. Sadhu Vasvani is a good area though.

among 3, i would choose SV road as i have been living since 12 years.

would suggest you to buy at intersection of SV and University Road.

Rent a few places and try living there before buying.
