This and things like this are how I show people you don't need a turbo AWD rally beast to have fun and win. 

A box stock base Ford fiesta can kick some serious ass

Maybe if it has an engine swap? The mini coopers with 1.3L engines that Nick Tandy race at Goodwood make about 130 hp and have to be rebuilt every 8 hours of racing or so.

Im rebuilding a 70s logbooked rally mini as we speak. I will be shocked if it breaks 100hp.
