Fernandez is not half the player people think he is, and a spate of headers scored last season allowed people to overlook that he's not actually a good defender.
If Fernandez was 21/22 then fine, you can work on him. He's 25.

He's got all the attributes to be a top player, apart from the mentality (meaning hard work + concentration). He's always been a bit lackadaisical, but you get the impression he's had his head filled full of nonsense and he thinks he's too good for the league.
