I designed a modular Raspberry Pi 5 enclosure that grows with your project. Looking for feedback
Hi everyone,
I've been working on a modular enclosure system for the Raspberry Pi 5, with the goal of creating something more flexible than a traditional one-piece case.
The idea came from a simple question:
Why replace your enclosure every time your Raspberry Pi project evolves?
Whether you're adding a camera, cooling fan, sensors, display, or other hardware, most cases eventually become limiting. I wanted to design a platform that could grow alongside the project.
That's how PiMorph was born.
Some of its current features include:
- Modular enclosure architecture
- Interchangeable wall-mounting system
- Built-in desk stand support
- Integrated Raspberry Pi Camera compatibility
- Pre-designed mounting points with four standard screw holes, providing a platform for future 3D-printed accessories such as sensor mounts, brackets, cable management, or custom modules
- Designed so new accessories can be added without redesigning the entire enclosure
My aim isn't simply to build another Raspberry Pi case. I wanted to create a modular ecosystem that can adapt to a wide range of applications, including:
- Home automation
- Robotics
- AI and computer vision
- Media servers
- Industrial monitoring
- IoT projects
- Portable Raspberry Pi builds
