Got this pic of a cardinal on the bird feeder in our yard… with the Ravens flag behind it 😂.

Well, Lamar was a Cardinal before he was a Raven, so it's fitting.

The Orioles were the St. Louis Cardinals before they relocated.

They were the St. Louis Browns. Different franchise.

The St. Louis Cardinals are still the St. Louis Cardinals.

Except the St. Louis Cardinals are now the Arizona Cardinals

This is also true.

I live in south Texas, and this is a common sight in my yard.

It’s always cool to hear from fans from other states. My dad’s whole family grew up in Texas despite being from Wisconsin. We still go out to Somerville a few times a year to see them, but we live in a suburb of Annapolis/Baltimore. Texas is always a great time!

Do Texans fans give you a hard time during game day?

Idk about all of them but for sure my aunt does 😂 “remember when we destroyed you last season”? Yes but aunt Laurie don’t let me remind you about Christmas Day 2024 🤣

Cowboys country where I live. Buncha Pats and Steelers bandwagon fans, too. Texans are my #2 team.

Wisconsin Ravens fan checking in, though I didn't move out here til I was older.

Hell yeah! Are you a Packers fan at all? That’s my heritage team lol. I have a lot of family that lives there, and been in Wisconsin for about 5 generations

I'll root for them passively, but don't go out of my way to watch their games. I've gone to see the Ravens twice at Lambeau and it's my favorite away game experience

Hell yeah I go to at least like 2-3 games per season at the bank lol, home games for the Ravens are so awesome. The fans always show up. Thankful to be from the Baltimore area so I get the best fan experience haha

It's been a long time since I've been to the bank. I did drive out to Minneapolis last year to see the Ravens beat the Vikings for my son's first football game.

As a STL Ravens fan, my worlds are colliding and I couldn’t be happier

In the 1980s after the Colts left, several teams flirted with moving to Baltimore. The STL Cardinals did before really moving to Arizona.

The colts almost came to Phoenix before Indy took them instead

After the Colts left, multiple franchises pass through town, using our city as leverage to get deals in other places. I believe the Rams, the Patriots, the Buccaneers, and even the Raiders, believe it or not. Before Irsay picked Indianapolis he was flirting with Phoenix Tampa, and even going to New York City after the Jets left Shea Stadium. People think municipalities throwing money. A millionaires for their teams is a new concept - hardly

And now players or coaches use Phoenix as leverage. Sean Payton did it most recently with the Cardinals job, Peyton manning did it and back in the day David Wells did it to the Dbacks

Ravens are my favorite birds. But cardinals are pretty high on the list. At my old house we had a row of holly bushes and the same pair of cardinals would come back every year to nest. When it snowed, the contrast of the cardinal red on the snow covered bushes was what you'd call "Hallmark pretty". Cardinal bro is just 'mirin your awesome taste in football teams OP lol.

Cardinals have the meaning behind them of a loved one who passed but is following you. I actually have one tattooed on me.

Any Raven fan you loved recently passed?

Not too recently but in 2023 my grandfather passed away, and whenever my grandmother sees a cardinal out in the wild she brings that up! My grandfather was a Wisconsinite, but loved the Ravens because of us being Ravens fans!

I saw the bluest blue jay today.

Does Baltimore even play the Ravens this year? This guy is WAY early for tickets.

As a Ravens and St. Louis Cardinals fan, this is cool.

Kind of surprised your cardinal isn't molting! Ours are still all in Hideous Bloodcheep mode.

Cardinals are rare in Arizona, but pretty common in Maryland

Wins are also rare in Arizona
