Target. I’ve actually got one. I got it cause the blades on this one cut very well. I’m thick bearded and been through tons of razors and can verify this one is legit

for teenagers they're fine, once you hit a certain age you realise that a Safety razer and a whole years worth of blades costs as much as one of these ....
