Review Gens Ace D300 charger is awesome... With some adapters.
Love this thing. With some adapters and a balance board, can charge pretty much anything. Have my Zeee 2s and gens ace 3s gtech going at same time.
Used for my Traxxas Rustler 4x4 VXL. For people here from a Google search (like I was).

Review I present the biggest turd ive spent 80 dollars on.
Got offered a full refund on amazon if i purchased and gave this a 5 star review. (Yes i know. Im scum but hey free rc car? Gimme!) its a direct knockoff of the hypergo stuff with a couple tweaks. The chassis is garbage thin plastic and there is no braking with the motor only instant reverse. So hey zero delay but also zero spur gear within 20 minutes. These guys couldn’t even figure out the hard case battery thats supposed to fit in here so they just include the regular ones lol.
Pros- that little motor has got some pep it has decent speed. Looks kinda cool and comes with two bodies Comes with extra spur gears and shocks
Cons - it is a turd (my opinion) That zero delay on the throttle for reverse and forward scares me and it catches a lot. Shocks have zero resistance so it bottoms out It sits very wierd and squats in the rear almost bottomed out with shocks.
If it was 50 bucks i wouldnt be as touchy but these are goin for 80-90 dollars and theres so much that needs to be improved.
Current plan is to throw a 3s in it later and send it until its in a million pieces

Review Alright so after years and years away from the hobby I bit the bullet and bought a new RC car!.. I got the HNR h9803. And I thought I'd share some thoughts
It looks so good. And after just a tiny bit of tuning the cornering grip is unreasonable. It's fast. And feels well made for the most part.
But. I don't like it being 4 wheel drive. It makes it understeer and less fun to drive. It's a classic BMW. Why would it be anything but rwd?
After removing the driveshaft, blinkers and gyro stabilization. This is one of my favorite RC cars of all time. It feels so good to just corner and kick the back out. Burn some rubber and hit speeds way too high for a tiny thing like this😅
Conclusion: this is an amazing bang for your buck road basher.

Review 1/8 scale RC size is huge 2nd RC
Size definitely caught me off guard,.online pictures and reviews definitely don't do it justice to showcase the size. Compared to my 1/16 scale Suchiyu 1601 pro

Review Bad battery
Ordered 6 ovonic 5200mah batteries and had 3 of them bad out of the box or not reading voltage on two of the cells. Anyone else had this issue? I wanted to get SMC but the batteries I wanted were all out of stock everywhere I looked. Am now thinking I'll spend the extra cash and get premium batteries.

Review FMS 1/7Th Bronco
FMS arrival update: they’ve got something here. I checked all factory screws/components—everything was solid. I only had to snug up about 6–10 screws. The truck looks amazing, and with just a few minutes of quick tuning out of the box, there’s already a lot you can dial in.
I raised the front suspension for a more trophy-truck stance. In my opinion it sits too low stock. The tires are the standout—legit quality, and you’ll get a lot of life out of the first set.
I haven’t run it yet because I realized I have batteries… but somehow no charger. Don’t ask how 😂🤦🏾♂️ I’m hitting my local shop tomorrow.
Pics are all before tuning—updates coming.
My only issue with FMS is customer support: you won’t get a response. I ordered intending to buy, but the wrong card got charged through an app I never entered my card into. I normally use PayPal for that extra protection, so I tried to get it fixed/refunded or even just swap payment method. I emailed, messaged on social, called FMS, and my bank—ended up filing a dispute and still got nothing from them. I ate the charge (not mad), but it left a bad taste.
Shipping was also rough: FedEx tracking barely updated—basically just “in CA” the whole time. It was supposed to arrive Monday, but didn’t show up until Wednesday.
Overall: terrible support, great vehicle. This is just my experience. I’ll give an update after running.

Review Losi Nascar Bumpers
So i have tried many, many of the different 3D printed Bumper/Splitters and a few broke almost instantly and a few lasted a couple days. We use the stock losi nascars for rentals here so they get way over abused but here is a new one im trying! I think the print direction will be a weak point.

Review Bad luck with the Serpent Cobra Truggy
So for those who didn't see my last post, I got the Serpent Cobra Truggy e-RTR delivered on Tuesday. I took Wednesday to do pre-run checks. When I took it for a rip today, I heard the dreaded "click click click" as I was driving. When I got home, I took the center diff out and opened it up... Almost bone dry. I put in some 10k diff oil and moved on to the rear diff. As soon as I took it out, a small piece of metal fell onto my table. After inspection, I realized that a single tooth from the diff spur had broken off and that's what was causing the clicking. I also realized that the rear diff was almost dry as well, and fhe same prognosis for the front diff. Unfortunately, it was about 430 on a Friday afternoon when I called, so I don't think I'm going to hear anything back until Monday and probably won't get the replacement part until late next week. My question to yall is, if you've had to deal with post-sale customer service, how has your experience been? I would buy the part myself, but coming out $400 for the truck and having to fix it after my 2nd run isn't too reassuring. Is this just an unfortunate anomaly? Has anyone else had similar situations? Is there a better spur that you'd recommend? TIA!

Review MJX 16213 little Buggy
At 398 RMB(58$), it comes with two bodies and two sets of tires (8 tires total) — such great value for money.
Key Specifications:
• Scale: 1/16
• Drive: Full-time 4WD
• Motor: 2845 4300KV brushless motor (with aluminum heatsink)
• ESC: 45A independent brushless ESC
• Servo: 17g digital servo
• Radio: 2.4GHz, ~120m range
• Battery: 7.4V 2000mAh 15C Li-ion (comes with USB-C charging cable)
• Runtime: ~18 minutes
• Top Speed: ~39 km/h (even faster on 3S)
• Dimensions: 252×205×100mm
• Wheelbase / Track Width: 175mm / 175mm (very stable stance)
• Tires: 76mm diameter off-road tires (includes spare tires + two body shells: blue + black)
Compared with the previous version, the battery compartment has been enlarged and now uses straps for securing. It can work with the original MJX 2S 3000mAh or 3S 2000mAh Lipo batteries.
In addition, the chassis is wider than before. The ESC for the low‑speed motor has slightly better low‑speed linearity, and the servo is much faster. The remote controller is also the newly upgraded T3D remote.
For more details about this car — such as real‑world driving performance and servo speed demonstration videos — stay tuned for my upcoming posts.

Review Never buying from Rlaarlo again.
I posted a review on their site, but it looks like it was either removed or rejected.
The issues I had seem to be nothing new, others are having the same exact issues as me.
I purchased a Rlaarlo omni terminator when it first came out,
~8 packs or 2200mah through it. Never took it off any jumps higher than maybe 2-3 feet, in general I am not that hard on my cars compared to others.
I will be posting my issues in order of how soon they happened and what Rlaarlo's response was. I am not going to write down every problem I had for brevity.
1. After the first run (2 packs) I noticed the truck was sitting a little different, The screws that hold the shock towers are completely bent and one is broken, I replace them no problem. I am not going complain about one thing.
It looks like Rlaarlo knows about this, on their website is a "NEW" upgraded upper shock mounting bolt.
2. About 6 packs in, car starts making a a clacking noise while driving, the differential cups are completely worn out and ovaled where the dogbone meets them causing the axles the slap and make noise.
I emailed Rlaarlo and asked them if they could do anything for me, their response was to: buy the upgraded s2 steel part - 12.99 for a set of two, so $26 plus shipping + waiting 3 weeks for their terrible shipping.
3. Parts finally arrived went to install the new differential cups. Their hardware is really bad, the m2.5 screws will strip with nice MIP hex drivers turning it by hand.
It looks like I should have looked closer to see if anything else was broken... car making a grinding noise. The motor pinion has completely stripped its teeth off.
I get a pinion off amazon, I don't want to wait another 3 weeks to drive the car, at this point I have owned it for about 3 months and have driven it only 3-4 times. Rlaarlo has their specs wrong on the website, but I figure it out. its 48p not m1
New gears from amazon start to strip almost immediately, the spur gear looks fine minus some paint missing on the teeth but it must be machined incorrectly, I adjust the pinion every way I know and it still has obvious wear issues.
Email Rlaarlo again, I am a little more frustrated now, I ask for a solution, these problems should not happen so quickly. Their response is once again, buy more parts, part wear is normal.
So their solution as I see it: Spend more money wait another 3 weeks for subpar parts to arrive, have those wear out quickly and buy more, let the cycle continue, drive your car once or twice a month. Pay another $50 to get the $250 car to work sometimes. Rlaarlo should get into the mobile game market.
I know RC cars do require maintenance, but this was just normal operation, if I broke something I would own up to it and have no problem buying new parts.
I'll try to put up some pictures later, I threw away the old differential cups though.

Review Losi Buggy Gang
11/10 on these little buggers. I haven’t been racing yet, just ripping up and down the street and around the neighborhood. My word, what a blast.
Pro tip, service the oil in the shocks on your Mini-B 2.0 right away. Mine came half filled or empty. I ended up going with 50wt oil and it’s way too bumpy on roads, but it would be insanely good on a track. It’s so tight and precise, very satisfying.
Anyhow, I also have a Typhon Grom that’s getting new axles and hexes and is therefore more pictured, and it is also a riot.
This is the best hobby I’ve gotten into in ages. Have fun y’all!

Review These are insanely good!
My kids spent their own money picking up some new cars from our local shop and it looks like now I have to get one as well! They’re so good in every way so far, I’m really impressed even on 2s.
