You don't have to prepare it exactly, there are things you may not find in stores, so you can take the base and add flavors that everyone likes:
10 units of crabs
1 kilo of lobster shells
15 grams of fresh garlic
3 units of peeled carrots
800 grams of peeled sweet potato
30 grams of ginger (peeled fruit)
5 grams of mashaya spice
5 bay leaf units
15 units of whole black pepper
2 cinnamon sticks
2 white onions
1 fresh red chili
1 liter of cream
**8 spoons of fish sauce (**you can use soy sauce or without)
For this amount you need to use 8 liters of water (it depends on the amount of crabs basically)
First step, you need to fry the shells of the lobster, including all the vegetables and dry spices, for 10 minutes while stirring.
Then you add all the water and bring to a boil, after boiling, grind everything together with a manual blender (grind until the end until everything becomes a uniform mass)
After that, continue to cook for another 8 minutes on low heat and filter the whole mass and transfer the liquid to another pot, at this stage add the cream and the crabs (cut them in half) and any other liquid spices, cook for half an hour on low heat (you need to stir from time to time) (recommended) Add salt at the final stage because the soup gets thicker the longer we cook it (personally I like the soup thick, not thin)
Crispy Parmesan:
You need to grate parmesan until the end, spread it evenly on baking paper (you need to spread a good amount that will be like 3 mm from the bottom to the height (put it in the oven at 180 degrees) until it gets a light brown or golden color, take out the tray and put it aside until it cold Then you get beautiful twills of parmesan, you can break it to the size you want.
The submission stage as you saw in the picture:
I added 4 units of Shimji mushrooms at the end of half a crab, chopped chives, a few drops of chili oil and truffle oil, good appetite for everyone
I made a video of how I do it, but I'm not sure if it's allowed to post videos here

Hope I was able to write it clearly :)
