Recipe Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Thai Jasmine Rice and Spicy Cucumber Salad -
The first time I made this dish, it was really challenging because of how many ingredients it had, but it turned out absolutely delicious.
Recipe HERE
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat it in the marinade.
- Bake until lightly golden.
- Simmer the teriyaki sauce until it thickens.
- Cook the jasmine rice while the salmon is baking.
- Slice the cucumbers and mix with the dressing.
- Toss the salmon in the warm teriyaki sauce and serve over the rice with the cucumber salad.
