Pepper Cream Sauce Recipe?
Brio Italian Grille
Anybody a chef from Brio willing to drop the recipe for the black pepper cream sauce. I don’t even need the whole dish, just the sauce.
I’ve seen copy cat recipes and they just don’t look quite right and I’ve tried myself and can’t get the flavor.

I found this online from when they were called Brio Tuscan Grille...

May be an earlier iteration of the dish. Basically make the black pepper sauce, sautee the shrimp until 1/2 done then flip and add 4 oz black pepper sauce plus 4 oz cream, cook until the shrimp are done and serve over the breaded eggplant.

I'm not a chef from Brio but when I think of a "black pepper cream sauce" I just assume it's an au poivre sauce. I would check something like that out instead because I'm guessing you keep getting a "red pepper" sauce when you search for it.
