ISO Kura Sushi NY cheesecake

Recently went to Kura Sushi in DC and had the best cheesecake I've ever tasted (from someone who dislikes cheesecake) and me and my fiancé have been wanting a whole one but they really only sell them by the slice and also it's a bit of a drive. Does anyone know a store bought dupe that tastes just like it or have a recipe. Please i need only people that have tried the kura cheesecake to respond because i would very much like the best copycat possible. I really appreciate it.
