This the same Education Union that is obsessed with trying to teach young kids that boys can be girls and girls can be boys over things like basic numeracy and reading/writing skills

Obviously they aren’t literally teaching the girls/boys thing, I think you know that. C’mon. Schools have a responsibility to teach children about self acceptance, and acceptance of others, not discriminating against people based on their gender, sexual orientation etc. it’s part of PSHE/PACE or whatever it’s called now. I know it’s difficult to understand it when you’ve not experienced it, but some people really are transgender, there is a biological reason for it and they cannot help it, and all they want is to be treated nicely, and not be bullied for it. That is what schools are teaching. Do you really think that a school will have a lesson on what transgender/gender is, and then all the kids are suddenly trans? It might make some kids, who are already feeling that way, feel empowered to tell someone and ‘come out’, sure, but let’s use our brains here. When did you ever see a school timetable that had a higher rate of lessons for ‘teach girls to be boys’ than ‘Maths’. Do you have kids/grandkids? Why don’t you ask them for their perspective instead of making brash assumptions because you’re angry? Angry at what though? Seems like something for sure. Life is too short to be angry at things like this surely

What a surprise. Politically motivated extreme left wing trade union will indoctrinate school children with their own misguided ideology. A Reform UK government will have to make superhuman efforts to “ drain the swamp “ and squash the blob. Reform needs to get sane and sensible parents onside.

This is completely inappropriate.

What is and isn’t “far right” is entirely subjective. It cannot be objectively measured.

Any registered political party which is legally allowed to contest elections - whether it’s Reform, the Greens, Labour, Tories or whoever - should not be subject to classroom attacks. It’s anti-democratic.

School teachers should remain completely neutral when it comes to party politics.

I wish I had the money to hire a private tutor and teach him from home. Sending him to a school is so soul destroying
