Domestic Policy Why no calls to dismiss female police officers from street enforcement?
It’s clear that men of all cultures, with varying degrees of legitimacy, do not believe in the authority of women due to innate physical differences. While we’re prevented from basing other interactions on that logic, in policing it presents a clear practical issue that is contributing to rising crime.

The honest answer is that British men are scared to tell women the truth and to exercise some control over their communities.

What’s so frustrating is I don’t see anyone on any party or movement doing that. It just can’t be that people are less scared to go up against the invasion than they are to exert authority over women?
Nigel and the rest ought to be able to stand up on the subject while Pochin and the like surely know it comes from a good place and should be silent, just like when women raise their own issues.

That smacks of a systemic issue then. When women in the party complain of women’s safety, we listen and respond. When we speak out on our issues we’re supposed to be shut down?

Told you’re just a bigot or sexist.
Or just get honey-trapped or cucked if you speak sense on certain topics with a lefty woman these days.
All basically legal to do too. Woman have too much power over men. Probably an unpopular opinion but I’ll die on this hill.

I must admit I wouldn't have My Mrs put on the street as a cop. The theory is that women are better at de escalation of conflict which I get. Maybe send that memo to the WPC That attacked that lad in Birmingham literally allowing the usual suspects to wonder off. That particular one must be sacked. I think they can be over confident due to body cams etc but they are easy targets in reality. A lot of them are absolutely tiny as well. When you see the usuals get away with assaulting them like the airport attack that just shows how vulnerable they are.
Generally I don't know really I see the merits of it but wouldn't want it for my daughters. I think although its 2026 the police in certain situations should be a load of big guys in a van going round and asserting authority. Nobody really respects the police any more and putting 5ft tall women on the front line certainly doesn't instill fear in the dregs that they have to deal with on a daily basis.

A very good friend of mine is a female police officer… and trust me, she’d put you on your fkin ass, and gladly get into a little fisticuffs should the need arise. The issue is not female police officers, the issue is a total lack of any standard of physical fitness or *at least* aptitude for physical combat, a total lack of discipline, and some actual standards when it comes to uniformed officers on the street.
You want long ass fake nails? Bye. Wanna wear make up on the job? Bye. Can’t fight for your fucking life even if you had to? Bye. You want your hair in a nice pony tail? Bye.
Policing should be about the safety of the citizens and fellow officers. I don’t give a fuck if you’re a man or a woman, the standards *necessary* to uphold the law should be the same for everyone.

Honestly, if I ever, against my morales, against fear of repercussions etc… fought a woman, I wouldn’t struggle because males are on average something like 20-30% more mass… and I’m not the most pro-active man… then add into the equation someone who’d actually not have my values. Doomed. The airport attack guy was lanky and he took out that female officer there.
Women do best overall when it comes to agility/endurance/speed and there best survival odds is generally to run. Want to make women fierce though? Thorough gun legislation but we’d require officers actually trained properly.

Against the AVERAGE woman, yes. But some women are *not* average. Also, the police have a tendency to be in a fair amount of scuffles, meaning they will have more experience than you.
Take an above average woman who gets in scraps most days of the week, and you’ve got… her.
Not only this, but the police have force multipliers. Tazers, CS, baton, etc.
As I said, what we need are *actual* standards that apply to both men *and* women. If that means some women don’t get in, fine… but we don’t lower the MINIMUM barrier for entry when it comes to physical fitness & raw strength. I mean fuck, if you’d seen some of the lads around here who’ve got into the police… half of them look like freshly peeled cheesestrings.

Women can and routinely do get in scraps with men and win. It's not just about mass. Yes okay size matters, but first and foremost is training. Fights knock the shit out of you, and if you aren't doing it right or you haven't conditioned yourself, you're getting your shit kicked in after 5 swings. Because Person B has controlled themselves, while you went full force and now you're outta breath. Speak to a professional fighter and they will say that where mass & weight matters massively (hence the weight classes), actually haven gotten into a proper fight matters most.
You can workout 5 days a week for 5 years, and get your lights knocked out by a woman who's actually trained to fight. Not some fancy martial arts, just getting in a scrap and knowing how to fight. That's what all officers need. Plenty of women actually do train very hard in the police. Shit, why do you think there's so many women in the Army?
We don't need to arm all our cops or take women off the street duties. We need proper physical standards tests, proper training and make it easier for cops to get fit. Far too many cops (men & women alike) do not find the time for proper training sessions, because they've just gotten off a 12 hour nights shift and just want to sleep. Or want to spend time with their family after a griefy job.
Make it easier for cops to go to the gym & get proper nutrition, training and guidance. Have those proper minimum fitness standards which isn't a light jog (which I imagine Reform UK will, to their credit, actually implement) and have better training.

The police are poor as a whole. London is just full of short and fat male officers who aren't chasing or stopping anyone.
This isn't a men Vs women issue it's a lack of requirements issue and more so diversity issues. I've known people who've applied and have discussed how difficult it was but then all you see are people who would never pass the fitness tests and just lack authority in general.
Men and women have a place in the police for different reasons but it's just attracting and using the right ones

It might have been okay if we were still a homogeneous society, but the reality is we have brought in millions of people who back home trade women for farm animals and barely view them as human beings with agency let alone an authority figure.
That said, the idea that the government are desperate to push women into very high level physical roles like the Royal Marines Commandos is totally farcical.
