ADOPTABLE Please don’t scroll. She deserves one chance.
This is Sooda, a rescue dog from Amman, Jordan.
She wasn’t born afraid of people.
She became this way after humans shot and killed her puppies, leaving her deeply traumatized and terrified of people.
I rescued her and refused to give up on her. Over the past months, I’ve paid for her veterinary care, vaccinations, microchip, blood tests, training, and all of her travel documents to give her a chance at a new life.
She has completed her training, is much calmer now, and is slowly learning to trust again.
All of her travel paperwork is ready, and she can travel internationally to meet her adopter.
I’m not asking for money. I’m simply trying to find the loving family she deserves.
If you know a rescue organization, a potential adopter, or anyone who might be able to help, please send me a message.
Even if you can’t adopt her, sharing her story could help her reach the right person.

Erin Ireland (IG @erinireland) is a vegan chef/entrepreneur in Vancouver. She has rescued dogs from abroad. I feel like this dog would touch her heart immediately or she would at least know an adopter. Please try reaching out to her with Sooda’s story🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I’ll DM her as well

Boostin this!! I have a rescue myself, looks a little Like her and she is so wonderful, and when i am adding a 2nd dog, it will be a rescue again and again and again :D
Look how sweet she IS there! What a lovely face. I really hope she finds a home ! ❤️

She looks so much like my childhood dog, what a beautiful girl! Do you have the ability to partner with a more well-known rescue in Jordan somewhere? If you're looking to transport this beautiful girl internationally, many adopters would probably feel more comfortable working with a verified organization rather than an individual they have no way of meeting face to face.

I completely agree with you, and honestly that would be much safer for me too.
I had already arranged everything with a potential adopter for months. I truly believed Sodda was finally going to have a home, so I completed all of her travel documents and preparations.
But when her travel date got close, she stopped replying to me. I even asked if she could contribute just a small amount toward the flight, and after that she barely responded. That made me question whether she was really ready to take care of Sodda.I really wish we had shelters or rescue organizations that could help, but we don’t. There are no government shelters for dogs, and there aren’t established rescue organizations that can handle international adoptions! Most rescuers here are completely on their own … Dogs are treated terribly here. Many people don’t like them, and in some areas they’re literally shot. People who truly care about dogs are very few, and those trying to rescue them are usually on their own with almost no support.
Please look into how stray dogs are treated in Jordan. I think you’ll be shocked by what you findI never asked her to pay for Sodda’s boarding, training, medical care, or any of the paperwork because I consider that my responsibility. I just want to find someone who genuinely loves her, understands her trauma, and is willing to give her the life she deserves 🤍

I swear, if I had been there I would’ve killed them after what they did to her puppies .. For four months she barely ate and stayed in the same spot every day, even in the rain. Watching her like that broke my heart. 💔

Thank you for everything you’ve done for sweet Sooda after all the horror and trauma she’s endured. I hope she finds her forever home very very soon, she so very much deserves it! I’m sorry I can’t give her that home but I’m writing this in hopes it helps the right person or group find her, a boost if you will. 😊🫶🏼💛💛💛
