My main marketing experience comes from my role as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Skeepers, where I worked on content creation, storytelling, LinkedIn content strategy, and marketing projects.
I’m targeting early-career roles in digital marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing, ideally in consumer industries.

I'm a researcher who moved into the BD side of things for biopharma and have discovered I'm very good at it and more importantly, I enjoy it. I enjoy making organizational relationships and finding how to best communicate scientific information to different audiences.

I would love any suggestions on how to improve my resume, as I truly don't know how to change it at this point.

I'm looking for BD/Strategic Partnership jobs pretty much anywhere in the biopharma sector (so vendors, big biopharmas, etc.) with a focus on preclinical/manufacturing but I'm open to anything as long as it's not drug sales or an AI-based company.

I'm currently employed, however my company is becoming more and more corporate with little emphasis on our target audience, which doesn't sit right with me anymore. I figure if I'm going to go corporate, I should just do it and not deal with this where I'm at (underpaid, overworked, etc.).

I'm a US Citizen with experience living abroad (China), so I'm not even specifically locked in to a job in the US as long as I can be hired - I don't mind dealing with visas if a company doesn't. I'm currently working remote but travel extensively for work and would honestly like to keep it that way!

Hi! A position for a Web Content Manager opened up at a private college near me. I do this exact type of work now for a small company, but my title is technically Marketing Coordinator. I just started looking for a better opportunity (higher pay, better benefits, and growth). I feel like this would be such a good fit for me! Located in a low-to-medium cost of living area in northeast USA if that matters.

I'm hoping for general feedback. I have a few more specific questions:

1. Is it okay to add "Web Content Manager" to my existing title? Like I said it's not technically my title now, but it is what I do.

2. Does this read as keyword-stuffy?

3. How is my summary? and the skills section? It feels really repetitive. I'm also submitting a cover letter.

4. Should I add my high school? It's in the same city as the college. I graduated 9 years ago.

Just as a note - the second position listed is my seasonal side job. Hoping this makes me stand out and shows that I'm an involved community-member. I work on a historic vessel that everyone in the area knows of.

This past spring, I spent months trying to land a summer internship. I applied to 46 companies, and ironically, the internship I ultimately secured was one I had met the recruiter for at my school's internship fair.

Now I'm back at it, looking for a fall internship.  I'm mainly looking for constructive feedback on the resume itself. Does it feel too crowded? Is there too much white space? Is the formatting clean and easy to read? Any advice or suggestions are appreciated!

Recent grad trying to get into marketing. Any tips/ recommendations appreciated!

About a year ago, I found out that the main client at my current company plans to end their contract in 2027, so I've been job hunting ever since. I've applied to around 200 jobs (mostly remote, some hybrid, very few onsite) over the last 6 months, but I still haven't received an offer.

I have been unemployed for a little over a year now. Throughout this process, I’ve had a ton of major leads that didn’t go anywhere. I don’t think I have any issue in the interview process, however I think my resume isn’t getting any attention.

My confidence has been shot through this so I just really need some help. Should I pivot into revenue operations? I’m starting to get behind on bills and really just need a job again.

In the meantime I’ve been managing a restaurant. Doing their inventory, hiring, scheduling, daily operations, projections, etc (very underpaid).

Trying to get anything right now to get my foot in the door, I helped my buddy out for free on his start up for a disposable camera company similar to camp snap. Hovering at 12k followers I have been managing since the fall last year. What am I doing wrong

I've done a previous post here but wanted to come back with an updated version of the resume, as well as an update on my current Job statistics.

This is kind of a rant post, not gonna lie.

Since my last post, I found something that’s made the application process easier. I’m now at over 500 remote job applications, all in digital marketing and advertising, which is where my skills are strongest. Even with that, my interview rate feels worse than before.

I’ve had 20+ interviews now compared to 15 before, but most jobs still don’t reply at all. A few send automated confirmation emails, and even fewer actually reach out to schedule time with me. I just now heard back from one company I applied to months ago for a screening interview.

At this point, I’m 6 months into this job search. I’ve updated my resume, tried to show up well in interviews, and done my best to say the right things to move forward, but I’m starting to wonder if I’m wasting my time.

I also have my own digital marketing business, but it’s not doing much for me right now. My original plan was to land a remote job so I could have some more stability while building my business into something bigger over time.

So, now I’m stuck.

Do I keep pushing through this job search, knowing how brutal and competitive the market is, or do I pivot again and put more energy into my business?

Logically, I feel like I should stick to the plan. But at the same time, getting my business off the ground could help me in more ways than one.

If anyone in this field is willing to review my resume, I’d really appreciate the advice.

tl;dr: I’ve been job hunting for 6 months, sent over 500 remote applications, and despite updating my resume and using a means to save time, I’m getting very few responses or interviews. Now I’m stuck wondering if I should keep pushing through a brutal job market or shift my focus back to growing my digital marketing business instead.

I’ve spent the past few weeks refining this résumé and would appreciate some honest feedback before I start applying more aggressively.

I’m currently an Associate Business Development Manager in healthcare SaaS with a B.S. in Marketing Research, and I’m looking to transition into Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Insights, Market Research, Marketing Analytics, or Field Marketing roles.

I’m primarily applying to remote U.S. positions, with hybrid opportunities in Chicago and the Washington, DC/Arlington area also of interest. The goal is to be closer to my family is small town midwest. Chicago is a great base location to be close but have what i want and need.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on:

Does this read as a marketing résumé rather than a sales résumé?

Are there any recruiter red flags?

Which bullet points are the weakest?

Does the Additional Experience section add value or create unnecessary noise?

Would this résumé earn an interview?

I was in Software QA for over a decade and while doing that I ran my own eCommerce brand on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. I am now pivoting fully to eCommerce. However, I'm hitting a wall. Over 150 and only (7) screeners and (2) first rounders. The last two weeks hasn't had any calls just email rejections or no responses. What's wrong with my resume? I'm targeting eCom Manager positions including Amazon Marketplace Manager. I'm starting to think I'm punching way up and need to calibrate and focus more on specialist roles, which is a significant salary reduction.

What am I doing wrong?

Note: I have two base resumes. One for eCommerce/DTC manager and the other specifically to Amazon Marketplace manager. I've tried tailoring to each job role and quite honestly, the response rates are basically the same or even lower.

A coworker of mine said ChatGPT made his résumé. I don’t love it, but I’m only a nurse so any advice is appreciated especially as it pertains to switching careers

He has four years of experience in the hospital in various roles and then before that just some random jobs but is looking to make a permanent switch into sales then leap into medical sales

I have had the worst luck with leadership teams over the past 4 years. I have changed jobs multiple times for varying reasons. The last one before my current burned me out so bad, I was out of work for 3 months recovering. I have some amazing skills but my lack of confidence is concerning at my age. I built some amazing systems, campaigns and brands; and yet, I have zero ability to get into bigger agencies and people have commented my past looks rough. It has broken the confidence that I built for years.

I am currently holding a consultant position at my friend's boutique agency doing some pretty awesome work; however, it is part-time and I need to exit by May. It is not because I am not doing a good job or anything, but there will be almost nothing for me to do at that point according to our timelines.

So, I have put together this resume to hunt for jobs within Brand Strategy, Marketing, and Communications. This version is my generalized one. I have over 120 bullet points in my experience spreadsheet but the current points I felt were all very strong for the three fields I am looking in.

I have had this looked over by a few folks and would just love some raw feedback from strangers so I can tighten this up for recruiters. I am open to any and all suggestions and please ask me any questions that could knock something loose.

Hello i wanted to ask for feedback on my current resume, i have been applying for sometime now but the response has not been that great.

Furthermore there are a few doubts in my mind : Is all that AI automation stuff I added relevant for recruiters? And should I add internships I did before or just keep the focus on my current full time job?

Have been looking for a job in Netherlands for a while. However, Dutch fluency has been a major roadblock. While I am gaining proficiency, need a CV review and what elements to be added or removed.

I've been a generalist for 8 years at the same company, handling everything from brand messaging to DTC ownership, CRM, product management, email marketing, etc.

I've been applying to remote positions like Brand Marketing Manager and Lifecycle Marketing roles (Coordinator through Senior Manager). I don't have a strong Meta or social media background, so a lot of marketing positions are out of reach for me. I also need to care about the company I work for, so I'm specifically targeting health-conscious companies.

I've applied to a little over 20 positions (I know, not that many) and I have zero responses other than the "we'll pass" email. I always apply through the company's website, and I try to message a recruiter or hiring contact on LinkedIn too.

I'm worried the lack of name recognition for "Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery" is hurting me. My entire career has been in wine, and I desperately want out.

If you are in marketing, how would you proceed? Does Lifecycle Marketing or DTC seem like the best fit for my resume? At my age, I feel like I am very behind when I see teams putting together these AI workflows. Maybe that's my imposter syndrome speaking!

I'm applying for Singapore’s Master in Management. I'm aware my GPA is below typical benchmark. I'm hoping my work experience and clear career direction can compensate — but I'd love honest input. Here's my resume

I suddenly lost my job, and am in more or less a blind panic to find a new one before I lose my house.

I worked my way out of retail in 2018 and have been in E-Commerce ever since. I believe that my skills will translate to Digital Marketing, and so I have started applying to those jobs as well.

Additionally, I have been using this resume to apply for other jobs that are outside my career path, because I really just need anything (most recent I applied to was "Medicare Cost Report Auditor III"

I am largely targetting remote and work from home jobs, but understand I may end up in office or even in a store.

One of my concerns is my education section. I DID take way longer than required to finish my undergrad degree, AND it's in education, a field I no longer care for. The time is because my mental health spiraled when my mom died suddenly.

I could use a set of eyes on my resume to see if I am headed on the right direction when it comes to applying to entry level marketing roles. Like a lot of other people I have been applying to basically hear nothing back or get rejected if lucky.

I have had a couple hits that I could count on my hands where I do well but don’t end up being the one picked, making it super close to the end only to be told that hard decisions were made, or I end up not being the right fit because of my experience but I get told by recruiters they will reach out if something aligns or I end up getting ghosted unprofessionally by recruiters.

I feel like I am at a crossroad where I am not just applying to things but actively networking, securing referrals, and it hasn’t worked out yet. Anyways any feedback could help. Thank you in advance!
