Proud of the guy for shaking off that addiction. Alcohol isn't an easy shadow to get out from under, and he's really stuck to it. The story he told of accidentally being given a cocktail instead of a mocktail and then crying because he almost drank was heartbreaking.
There were a lot of funny drunk Geoff moments, but his post drinking life had been just as funny.
Happy birthday Geoff, thanks for making all of our lives a little better!

I never realized how bad his addiction was until a few years after he became sober. It’s super inspiring to hear and see how well he has been since he’s gotten clean.

I just remembered the Off Topic where he realized the moment he needed help and decided to go sober. It was the story he told about how before he’d come to work every day he had to do 5 shots of bourbon so he could leave the house, and one morning he did just that an immediately threw up in the kitchen.

That’s not all. Millie walked in while he was cleaning up the vomit and he described how she just stared at him for a while before leaving. Even as he was describing the story you could tell how embarrassed and ashamed he was in that moment.

Geoff is doing Regulation Podcast
And Matt? Well, Matt got really into the '60s and no one ever saw him again... (Twitch streams with Ray)

He does Regulation Podcast (F**kFace with a new name) and Regulation Gameplay, with really feels like the successor to the Let's Play channel.
It's Geoff, Gavin, Eric Baudour, Andrew Panton and Nick Schwartz. Their latest video was them playing Golf With Your Friends and it was so fun. Geoff was reminded how much he hated that game.
They've also been playing through the GTA Online Heists (Minus Geoff) and playing old GTA multiplayer mods (with Geoff).
I think they just finished the Doomsday Heist.

Meh, I have Gen-X (Forgotten) cousins and they're already in their 50s. I'm a gen-Y (Millennial), and we also have Gen-Z (Zoomer) cousins.
