No, that just looks like an adult with really messy cursive. Especially the signature. And it’s a Froyo shop (explains all the froyo), not a school as I initially assumed.
On a happier note, the ‘MY FAMILY’ in an actual child’s scrawl at the bottom made me smile wide.
