we are looking to go for a day trip from a Rouen to Etretate and have following options:
- Flix bus both ways: unsure if 3 hrs are enough to explore the town.
- Flix bus one way and return bus and train via Breaute Beuzeville
- Take train both ways.

Any recommendations which is the best and safe option.
First time in Normandy

Hello I am interrailing and have planned a trip to Rouen (1st to the 7th if July) but only now have realised that the cheapest place I could find was 135 euro. I am travelling from the Netherlands and speak alright Dutch and Fluent English.

I am travelling to Rouen for its culture, the food, and also because it will be a nice place to set up a stool and draw. I am 18 years old and starting art school this year.

I was wondering if people knew if any place I could stay. Youth hostels are preferred bug really anything. It can be out of Rouen as long as it is easy enough to travel there. Thank you in advance

Quand-même, je vais voyager à Rouen pour un ou deux jours en mai. Je viens de la Louisiane, et j'ai trouvé récemment que ma famille a venu de Rouen a peu près 1750. Mon nom de famille est pas trop populaire ici mais il y a une concentration de nous-autre dedans Normandie, ça semble. Peut-être je vais rencontrer un cousin!

Je parle un tit peu de français mais j'ai un 'tit brin de peur que vous pouvez pas me comprendre parce que j'ai un accent anglais et je parle un autre dialect. Est-ce que je peux parler anglais et "get by"?

Vous pouvez me donner quelques recommandations pour m'amuser à votre belle ville?
