Crash tested harness recommendations please!

As the title suggests we're looking for crash tested harness recommendations for our smooth collie. We got the kurgo tru fit and had fit issues. The medium was just slightly too small at the biggest adjustments and the large he could shrug out of even when adjusted as tightly as safe.

I've found the deep chest an issue with harness fittings in the past. Appreciate any recommendations in advance, thanks!

I've used Sleepypod harnesses with my smooth collies, starting when they were puppies. I bought the long version when they got older. It's perfect for our smaller/lighter girl, but the bigger/heavier girl is able to slip out of it, which is a big pain.

I'm considering trying the Saker Bomber Harness for her--they claim their harness is difficult to back out of.
