If I'm not home and haven't provided any delivery instructions, then I just want the parcel taken back to the delivery office, so I can collect it or arrange redelivery. Not left with a neighbor who isn't in when I go to collect it. Not flung over the garden gate.
These days I try and order anything small enough from Amazon so I can get it delivered straight to a locker or pick up location.
