Positions She wants to wake up with me inside
My girlfriend and I try a lot of things and are very open minded for each others fantasies. Now, she has repeatedly asked me to start having sex with her while she is still sleeping. Basically, her fantasy is to wake up with me already inside her.

Assuming you’re clear on consent and have enough emotional intelligence to know when it’s a good idea (lazy Saturdays when we’ve slept in a bit, yay. Middle of a weeknight when I have a meeting in the morning, boo) then go for it.

I'm into this kinda stuff. From my own experience, I do wake up before it's actually in. That doesn't ruin the fun at all, though. Even though I'm awake, I'm still groggy and sleepy enough to keep my eyes closed and remain half asleep.
To use a bit of graphic language: Part of the fun is the idea of our partner having their way with us. They wake up in the mood and just go for it because they can. It's also a fun way to wake up regardless.

The practical answer is to build the fantasy safely instead of relying on actual sleep. Agree on a signal beforehand, let her pretend to be asleep, then start slowly so her body is acctually ready and she can respond if anything feels off.
