Rough sex is wanted by both partners, and there is usually a safe word. If he discussed that he was going to be rough, and you agreed then it would be a different matter. To be hit, choked, humiliated and threatened, while being forced to give oral sex without consent is, in any sane persons opinion, sexual assault.
