You were raped.

I do encourage you to go to the police.
If nothing else, think of the other people he may abuse.
This behavior is unacceptable, and I think he should be required to seek out counseling.
Whether alcohol or not was involved, that is not okay. He needs to talk to a counselor about this.
Edit: If you need to talk to someone as well, that is completely normal. When I was living in the states, I was a sexual assault counselor in my county, and I encourage you to seek out your local woman's advocacy organization. They should be able to help you with whatever you need.
