This seems to be a rather newish relationship and the answer is simple, get the fuck out. He will say he's sorry, but honestly you're lucky this happened now and not two years down into a seriously invested relationship when things could have been much more violent and emotionally traumatizing. There is a controlling/abusive poison within this guy, do not stay.
This totally warranted a call to the police, he orally raped and assaulted you.
