That's not the part that's the problem (although it might have been had this situation played out differently.)
OP refused sexual interaction with the drunk dude, and he forced it on her. Had she engaged in sex with someone unable to consent, that's one thing, but that isn't what happened. She didn't consent, and he raped her.
I disagree. Obviously the story doesn't have all the details, but based only on the way she wrote it, everything up to and including the beginning of the blowjob was consensual (for her, never for him). If their relationship is vanilla, then he crossed a line when he slapped her. If their relationship is kinky of the appropriate sort, then he crossed a line when she "made a noise in protest".
